Recommended price £15.50 A single storey factory with a northlight roof and loading bay with stairs leading up to the second storey of a three storey factory. Designed to stand alongside other kits in the industrial range. The kit can be assembled as two seperate buildings. The footprint of the factory is 225mm x 94mm inc platform. The three storey building is 75mm x 94mm.
